Security is a top priority at Feo, and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an essential step to protect your account from unauthorized access. Feo offers three types of 2FA options:
- Email OTP (One-Time Password)
- SMS OTP
- TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) via authenticator apps
By default, one OTP method is enabled based on your sign-up method. If you signed up using an email address, Email OTP is enabled. If you signed up using a mobile number, SMS OTP is enabled. To enhance security, users must enable at least one additional OTP method to access sensitive features like withdrawals. However, at any given time, a maximum of two OTP methods can be enabled.
All 2FA settings are available under the Security tab inside your Dashboard.
