Depositing INR into your Feo account is simple and secure. To ensure compliance with Indian financial regulations, this feature is available only to users who have completed KYC Level 2 verification. If you haven’t upgraded your KYC yet, please complete it first from the Dashboard → Account Verification section before attempting an INR deposit.
1. Navigate to the Deposit Section
2. Click on "Add Funds"
You will find the Add Funds option on both web and mobile interfaces. Click to proceed.

3. View Feo’s Bank Account Details
Feo’s dedicated INR bank account details will be displayed on your screen.

⚠️ Important: Only transfer funds from a bank account that is registered under your own name (the same name as your Feo account). Transfers from third-party accounts will be rejected.
4. Initiate a Bank Transfer
Once you have successfully added Feo’s account as a beneficiary:
5. Enter Transfer Reference Number in Feo
After completing the bank transfer:
here you will be prompted to enter the transfer reference number / UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) provided by your bank.

6. Processing Time
Once submitted, Feo’s system will verify your transfer.
